The situation isn’t very ideal, right? But Servixer found itself in it after receiving an email from a well-known hospital one fine morning. We could tell them to extend the deadline, lower the number of hours to be transcribed or even charge them more.But we did no such thing, instead, we decided to challenge ourselves.
It was just 200+ hours of medical transcription. How difficult could it be?
Every company deals with challenges in its own way. As for Servixer, we like to solve challenges through joint problem-solving sessions. And that’s what we rushed to do, the very moment we said yes to the project.
We decided to put our project-based as well as full-time medical transcription team on the project. A plan was successfully created and two of our best project managers were put in charge of the execution process.
Our project managers decided to hold a party to pump up our team and hired a few new transcriptionists. That worked like a DREAM. The next day, our team got to work in full spirits and the workload was distributed more effectively.
Together with consistent efforts, we were able to complete the transcription process just in time to carry out our last quality checks. We were thrilled to confirm that yes, the quality mark had been maintained and all the transcripts had 99% accuracy.
